Your Sky Store gift on us

Due to service issues, I have been offered a free buy and keep movie from the store. States I need to click on "your Sky store gift on us" to get options but can't find it anywhere? Can anybody help please? I do have the offer because I managed to find one film with the offer but would love to view the full list? Thanks in advance

I received an email to say because of technical issues on the 15th May, Sky has gifted us a buy&keep movie on sky store. I've logged in and can't seem to find it anywhere. States to go onto sky store and click on 'Your Sky Store Gift on us', and download from there before 31st. Anyone know where it is?

I'm very disappointed with the choice of films available,  and to top it off they are only available in HD! No option for the UHD version.

I've received an email from sky that I have a free movie to download due to the issues with the sky signal lately , I'm having trouble doing this as it's not giving me the option to redeem my free movie? Anyone help please

I can not access anything that says it's free and I don't want to click on anything because I will probably have to pay

If you are a SkyQ customer @Helen239  if you go to your SkyQ menu on your TV and go to the Skystore section, then look through either "top picks" or featured - you should see this tile

Been with sky for 20 year, this is straw that made camel seek out a chiropractor , apparantel with 20 year I'm a dimond customer sprinkled with fairy dust and still can't speak to anyone to solve any problem . SKY is not any better than what's out there , only a sponsor deal to put on big  shows on sport and charge accordingly.
