Free movie

I received an email telling me I could claim a free movie from 21/5 to 31/5 for technical issues sky had been having. I went to claim it but I can't see it!

On your Sky Q box go to Sky Store > Featured > Top Picks > Your Sky Store Gift On Us. Make sure the film you select is shown as being £0.00.

No. I have looked and kept returning and have not seen this at all. Reading the comments though, it's probably not a great loss. Thank for your screen shot.

It should be there until the end of the day so have you gone to:

Sky Store > Featured > Top Picks > Your Sky Store Gift On Us. Make sure the film you select is shown as being £0.00.

When you are on the SkyQ menu on your TV

Go to the Skystore section and then look with your SkyQ remote over to the right and possibly down a row or two 

this is a link to an answer I gave earlier which has helped several people locate the tile. 

You have to be on your SkyQ menu, not the app. 

It's a blue and gold tile with Sky store gift written on it. You have to locate it and press enter on it. 

The choice, whilst probably not outstanding has a few decent movies in it imo

Tried to follow email route to get a free video. However the route is not on the tv or via the app. It says get on by 31st but the link is not there. Anyone found it?

Can I refer you to my earlier answer in the link below to a similar question 

You are looking for the blue and gold colour tile which is on your SkyQ TV menu.  Then go to Skystore.  Then look in featured or Top Picks. 

I'm confident it will be there for you if you look to the right a row or two , possibly down a bit

I have tried to download this today after returning from holiday and I can't find anything that says free gift on us. It says available until the 31st may therefore i assume I should be able to get this? Thanks
