Free film offer not avialable

I was suppopsed to be able to download a film free from Sky Store after recent power outage problem untilm May 31. I looked today Friday May 20th and the tile was not available. Wondered why?

Go to Sky Store > Featured > Top Picks > Your Sky Store Gift On Us. Make sure the film you select is shown as being £0.00.

Minecraft is not included as it is only certain older films which should be found via Sky Store > Featured > Top Picks > Your Sky Store Gift On Us. Make sure the film you select is shown as being £0.00.

Thanks but unfortunately the Your Sky Gift Store on Us tile isnt there I've scrolled across and down but no sign.

Just to clarify - the list of free movies is not those movies which appear on the same screen as the "sy store gift" tile

You have to press enter on your Sky Q remote on the blue sky store gift tile. 

That then takes you to the list of 59 movies (from which you can choose one)

Well it took a bit of time to find the SkyStore Gift for You tile which wasnt obvious so takes a bit of perseverance.

I'm so pleased Sky 'values' my 'Platinum Status' so highly.

So for the woeful service the other day Sky's redemption is to offer me, a long standing Sky Cinema subscriber, a range of  low-grade 'free movies' all of which I can already watch through my paid subscription, most many, many years old. So no 'free' offer at all.

Well done Sky, fail to deliver a service, tease subscribers with a supposed apologetic offer, then rub salt in their wounds by offering them NOTHING!

and when you found it, was it obvious you had to press enter on it ?

It appears that some customers have found the tile but rather than click on it, have looked at the movie tiles which happen to be adjacent- and thought these were the free ones.
