Free Sky Store Movie

need to know how I get the free movie from sky store that was given to us from yourselves as compensation to our tv being off a few weeks back. Can you please provide me with step by step instructions as I’m blind.

Go to Sky Store > Featured > Top Picks > Your Sky Store Gift On Us. Make sure the film you select is shown as being £0.00.

Trust me the choice of free movies is shocking! All old, and guessing it will be something you have seen. Really isn't worth it. Poor gesture on skys part at least through a modern movie in!!

I'm trying to get the free movie promised to be me by Sky in a recent email but when I open the skystore home page there is no side bar with featured and other categoies listed so I cannot find the 'your Sky store gift on us' tab to click on.   I'm getting a bit fed up!

Are you looking on your SkyQ menu on your TV @Hippopotabear 

That's the only place it appears 

If you select Skystore from the main menu - then look across to the right a few tiles and down a row or two you should see it

Hi @haterofsky 

If you look on your SkyQ menu on your TV under Skystore - then under either "top picks" or "featured" 

(you might need to look a few tiles to the right or 1 or 2 rows down.)

Thanks Mike+S,

It all made sense and  was easy once I realised that I had to do everything actually on the TV screen using the Sky Store tab there and not on the website. It really isn't clear from the email.  I have finally downloaded a film now and can finally stop going round in very irritated circles!

did you know that if you want to  "tag" a person in a message / post on here, just press the @ key and a list of people involved in the thread will pop up for you to choose from

I have had the same problem go to sky store featured and then go down the list to ie movies on us, family on us, animated on us click the film and it then shows you free gift on us in the corner w

There is no tile in my sky store named your sky store gift on us. I have until the 31st of May to choose a buy & keep film. I've tried looking for this tile before, also turned off sky and back on to reboot hoping it would appear, still nothing.

Most people find the tile on the SkyQ tv menu, under "Skystore" then on either Featured or Top Picks. 

The tile will only show on your TV menu 

try looking to the right and then down a row or two

If you go to sky store, top picks then along to the picture that has presents in it & says sky store the movies are on there. Would say not a lot of a selection though!
