Unbelievable after 25 years subscription with Sky, after all the disruption they caused me trying to continually re boot my Sky q all they offered me was a poor selection of old movies

Sky didn't exactly make it easy to find with their instructions in the email. Fair play to you for getting it right and letting people know how they can download a free film. Not a great selection to be honest!

Yep, I had my Sky box turn itself off 3 times on the 15th and took ages to re-start each time . Got the email on the 22nd May, saying go to Sky Store on my TV and click on "Your Sky Store gift on us" - but can't find that option/screen on my TV. Anyone found an answer to this? Email says I have until May 31st to claim.

You just need to locate the "skystore gift" tile on your Sky Q - Skystore menu

Are you a SkyQ customer ?

when you go to your SkyQ menu and look to the right and then down 1 or 2 rows (usually to "top picks" are you saying there is no tile as pictured ?

Found it now - there's a small selection of films to chose from.

Go down 1 row and 4 to the right

I think the corner of the tile might even be in your photo

There is no option to get the free movie that's been offered as compensation for the recent outage

Since my original post the location of the tile you need "sky store gift" is down a row and over to the right. If you look around you should see it
