If the film didn't display a £0.00 price then this is why you have been billed for it.
You haven't said what VIP promotion this is, for example is it the one for new VIP customers but either way you might want to get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:
