Free Spiderman Movie on Sky Q Sky Store

I can get as far as putting in my pin code for the free Sky Spiderman movie,  which is accepted, but it keeps saying I have insufficient credit. I am a platinum Sky VIP  Sky Q customer. How can I fix this? Many thanks.

This is something to get in touch with Sky Store support about as it is a very common issue that crops up if something like the spending limit has either been reached or is set at £0 on your account. They have a live chat that is available now and up to 19.30 that you can see here:
