I have been told I can get the new Spiderman film free as part of me being a vip but when I follow the instructions it is still trying to charge me! How do I get this film for free that I am entitled to please? Thanks

Just to clarify - the offer is NOT for the new Spider-Man movie - it's for the previous one (about a couple of years old)

edit - wow - actually 5 years old !

the older one is Homecoming (the free one)

the new one is - no way home
