I got a voucher for a film which I have brought from sky store. I've had email confirmation that I have the film but can't find it anywhere

Sometimes @Luckya1303 you have to login online and "send to box"

if you have Sky Q - purchased movies appear in Recordings/purchases

Does the film appear here:

If so select it and use the send to your box option.
