I have been a Sky customer more than 5 years,now on Sky Stream. I saved a movie CONCLAVE in my Playlist to watch later. Today I tried to rent and watch it. But after signing in, adding the onscreen code, it wanted to confirm my surname, then I got a message "There's been an unexpected error" This has been happening all afternoon. My name, email and password are correct. I rang Sky Customer Service who couldn't seem to find the problem, and in the end the call "dropped". Has anyone else had this today?
