I have rented the Taylor Swift Eras tour . It downloaded but won't let us watch it ! It says it's downloaded 200% !

We had this, it then works but has now deleted itself again!! We hadn't finished watching it and the download said we would have it till the. 20th. Any advice or suggestions for how to get a refund 😭

With Skystore rentals- although you have 7 days in which you can start to view, as soon as you press play for the first time, from that time you have just 48 hours to finish viewing.
Regular renters are used to this but it often catches people out.
My suggestion would be that you try a livechat with the Skystore team (open from 11am tomorrow) to explain what happened and ask if they will offer some goodwill.
