ERROR EA999.

Sky+HD box is not allowing me to playback a film I've just purchased. 

 

Coming up Error EA999, playback mot available at the moment.

You could try a planner rebuild:


Press Services on your remote

Select Help

Select Sky+ Rebuild


This should take no longer than 10 minutes, don't do it if you are recording or due to start recording something.

 

If that doesn't work then I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm each day and can be found here:

Completed the rebuild now saying the film I purchased has failed .

Is this when you are trying to watch download it, if so can you delete the failed download and try downloading it again ?
