Dvd not arrived

I bought jumanji when it first became available on sky store, it's been realised but nit received the dvd. Has anyone else had this problem?

There are problems sending the DVDs out at present and there are many people awaiting theirs as well so you are not alone with this. While I don't know how long these issues are going to take to sort out you will receive it in the end, in the meantime it is my understanding that the status of it should appear on this page:

Thanks for your post.

 

What date did you purchase the film?

 

Since March Sky Store have removed DVD/Blu-Ray options due to Covid-19 so all purchases since then have been for the digital version only.

 

Check the email that was sent to you when you made the purchase and this will confirm whether it included the DVD.

I bought a copy of bill and Ted face the music on Friday 29th of January the price was £13.99 and it said it will take within 10 working days to come and it's the 9th February now saw is going on 

if the dvd has not come buy Friday 12th January I will be buying  a copy of eBay ok

If you paid £13.99 - you didn't buy the DVD option, you bought the HD digital download option 

 

The DVD option including Digital HD is £15.99

 

edit: might be worth you chatting with the Skystore team to ask if they can find a way to let you upgrade - good movie by the way imo
