Audio problems

Anybody else receiving audio problems of sky store I only had my tv for 2 weeks and I am getting sound on and off

What are you experiencing? When does it happen ? What setup do you have ?

When I play a film in sky store the audio is on and off it happens every 5 seconds but the trailers works perfectly

I'll try to answer assuming you are referring only to Sky Store. 
 
But can you clarify 

is it one movie only or all movies ?

rental or Buy and keep ?

are you on Sky Q or Sky HD ?

what audio output is your Sky box set to ? 

are you using TV speakers or external speakers ?

The things I'm thinking about are -maybe  audio settings / corrupted download but you would need to provide more details. Very hard to offer suggestions based on what you have provided so far
