Downloaded wrong movie

Downloaded the wrong movie. Stopped the download but can only archive.

should I complete the download and then delete? Or will it just drop off ?

The thing is - if an option is to archive - it must be a buy and keep movie - therefore whether or not you've watched it - you will be charged for it (it's only rentals where you don't get charged if you rent from your Sky box and don't view)

my suggestion is that you try a livechat with the Skystore team and ask for a goodwill refund   They are open till 7.30pm
