Download film failed

Purchased film, didn't download (it says  it has) I'm just looking at a blue screen!!! Deleted it tried again. Don't want to be charged 6 times!

Is it a premiere movie and are you watching it not through HDMI ? 

I have seen many reports where the copy protection on premiere movies doesn't work through Scart / magic eye etc

No not viewed by scart or magic eye.

Have you tried completely deleting it so from the deleted folder as well then downloading it again ?
