Downgraded package, lost all purchases

Hi all guru’s. So a couple of months ago, I downgraded my sky packages as we just done use them anymore. However, there are some movies etc that we had purchased previously (@ £15+ each) and now they cannot be viewed. I feel robbed! Anyone else seen this issue?

Hi all,

I spoke to Sky today. A "glitch" in the system. All restored now and all purchases accessible.

@WarrenRS  Downgrading your package doesn't remove paid for content, you have not been robbed.

 

If you go ti the sky store website & log in you will be able to send all the films you purchased to the Sky Q box again.  Did you not try this 1st?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

What a stupid comment! No I didnt try that first. Otherwise I wouldnt have come on here seaching for help as, if my purchases were available, which they are not, I would sat happily watching them, rather than writing on this forum!

If your purchases are not showing via your online account either then I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm each day and can be found here:

Hi, You might have rented the movies as opposed to buy and keep. When a movie is bought via the buy to keep it is saved to the actual sky account not the subscriptions
