Digital copy

Hi, pre ordered Peter Rabbit 2 for digital and dvd  and it has came out of my account but the digital is not on my purchases.

Can you see Peter Rabbit 2 if you log on to Skystore online or on the app. If so - select "send to box" from there 

 

As an alternative- on your email order is there a link to click on to initiate the download ?

@Helibeds  If you "Pre-ordered" it then I assume it's not yet been released?  That being the case then what date is it due to be released?  It should be there from the release date.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
