Devices

We had a message on sky store saying you have reached your device limit, but we deregistered all devices all devices and now it says we can't watch anything until 1st of May. This is the App on our smart Tv. Sky say they can't help, because I don't have an account number.  I've was put through to 5 different people.   The last one gave me the number I was calling them on already.
