Devices

Suddenly the sky store wont let me watch my purchased programs. I t says Ive reached my 4 max limit of devices for this month and so will not be able to watch anything till the 1st of March. 

 

Is ther any way to get round this?

Since the start of the month have you made any changes to your registered devices, either removing or adding anything ?

not that i know of. is there a way i could just rest the whole thing?

All you can do is to get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:

What devices have you been using?

 

You can logon to your account and check your devices and delete the ones you no longer use😉
