Code (0805) sky store

Just one selection of my purchases in sky store not working Alien 1-6 box set error code 0805

Can't even get through to anyone at sky who has any clue it's a joke  Been like this for 3 weeks + now.

Hi just tried on the sky glass puck and works fine  but not on the main sky glass tv
