Cant redeem free gift
Trying to redeem free gift on Sky q. Is this even possible. Says I don't have purchase rights so rang and they said it would update IN 4 HOURS. It's now 4 days. Is the free gift a scam?

Try contacting Sky via the link posted above via the live chat that opens at 11am as it might be your account has not been set up for Sky Store purchases so even free ones like this can not be claimed unti it has been fixed for you,
