Can’t purchase from sky store website

Trying to purchase from the sky store website and get the following message 

You can only buy or rent in the UK, Republic of Ireland and Channel Islands.

anyone come across this or know how to fix Ian's in the northeast so it should be working

If you are using a VPN then disable it for the transaction 

Also - check your address / postcode are typed correctly when signed in under "your account"
