Last Sunday everything was working fine with being able to watch films etc... that I purchased in Sky Store. Since yesterday, I have not been able to log into my Sky Store account on my Now TV box devices, even though I can successfully use the same credentials on both my mobile and laptop machines via a browser.
I have reported this issue to Now TV and so far everything has been tried, to removing the app and re - installing it to to restarting my wi-fi hub. One of the two Now TV devices is actually wired into the hub, so with the device there should be no issues about connectivity.
