Film no picture

I have downloaded the Tom and Jerry film on my multi room box which feeds other rooms in the house.

I can view the film on the TV where the multi room box is but when try to watch in any other room it just plays a blank picture with sound of the film.

I have never had a issue like this before and other films downloaded work fine in all rooms.

I have spoke to sky and they have no idea, we have deleted and unplugged everthink and still no resolve.

Any comments would be appreciated.

Sky+ Multiscreen boxes are standalone, so can you clarify how it connects to the other rooms in your home?

Re: Film no picture

its fed back to a splitter for the other TVs which then goes to each room.

Has worked fine like this for years with all downloads.

You are the second member to post about an issue with this film:

Is yours also the SD version as I would like we suggested to the other member and that is to get in touch with Sky Store support to let them know about this:

As this film is a Premier film, there is added security built in, you can only watch this via a HDMI cable compatible TV, if for example you have HD+ box with RF connections and try and play of a 2nd TV the film will play with sound but no picture, a message will be displayed that it can only be viewed via a HDMI connection. If your main TV is only connected by scart the same message will be displayed.
