I have just updated my tablet and added to sky store . It wasn't working properly so had to factory reset now it isn't recognised and cannot add another until.1st Feb is there any way round this as it was registered

Part of the issue is the Sky Store system is archaic... most of Sky's other systems have updated their method of registering device access🤔
