Cannot access my purchased movies
Hi. Cannot see my purchases under Recordings/Purchases. Tried to send to my sky box logging into skystore but doesn't work. Not a new box. Any ideas?

Have they been there previously, have you tried a box reboot ?
If this doesn't work then I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:
