Downloaded movie from Sky Store sticks at 44 mins of watching with Technical Error message

I recently downloaded the movie Living to my Sky Q box from Sky store. While watching it stuck after 44 mins and a message appeared stating "there is a technical issue with this channel, please try again later". I have unplugged and switched the box back on. Then I have upgraded the software version and switched back on and still the error occurs after 44 minutes.

 

How do I fix this or get a refund?

Was this a rental or Buy and Keep film, if the later try archiving it then downloading it again.
