Can’t watch purchases
Hi, my son is trying to watch a film from purchases is says I can't access them right now because I'm not connected to broadband but I am. I've turned it on and off. Signal seems fine, reconnected with Ethernet and it's still saying the same even though in setting it says we're connected

Sky are having issues at the moment which might explain whay this is happening so I would leave it for now then try again later.
