I'm trying to view my purchases. But it's giving me a message - to see your purchases you must be connected to broadband. Please check your settings.
settings checked and all ok. Switched skyQ box off, waited and switches back on..same message. Reset my router too and still same message. I can view Netflix etc too.

Certainly looks like a Sky issue .
I'll report it.

I'm having exactly the same issue as the opening poster and have also tried restarting my sky a box, resetting the connection to my router, etc.

Issue should be sorted now...it was a know issue on Saturday. Thanks
