Can’t sign into sky store because of the character image they want me to put in

Although I have always had sky store on my tv and on my phone it now wants me to resign in on the tv and wants me to put illegible letters in. On my phone I can use the vocal character reader but that's not available on my tv and it's impossible

I have the same problem on my computer. the letters are impossible to read
