Can’t sign in to sky store

Hi every time I try to sign in it says my password is wrong and the email address they are trying to send the code to isn't my email address so I can't get the code to change my password

Are you trying to sign into the sky Store website where you can rent and purchase films and TV shows ?

 

If not what are you trying to sign into ?
