Hi all I can't sign in to sky store to choose my free welcome gift, it keeps saying unexplained error. Thanks

I'm not aware there's a general fault on the system. I've just tried my login and it's let me in ok
with the error you mention, it may be worth trying to login with a different browser and if possible a different device - to see if the error persists.
If still no luck, try a live chat tomorrow (from 11am)
I think this link should take you to the chat page without you needing to log in.

If you are free at about 10.58am tomorrow (Tuesday) that's probably a good time to be in the queue of the live chat for 11am when they open.
I would try that.
