I've just purchased avatar the way of water on the sky store on my mobile, it's not giving me the option to send to my sky box?? How do I send it?

I assume that's the buy and keep version (I can't see a rental option so think it must be)
Assuming also you are using the same Sky ID for both online and Sky box - there should be an option showing online saying - send to box.
If not showing it's probably best to try a live chat at 11am when the chat opens.

Yes it's the buy and keep version, there is no option to send to my sky box. When I've bought movies in the past there's always been that option 😕 @mike+simmonds

Had the same issue last week, contacted "Live Chat" who said "Yeah, we've got a problem, should have been fixed yesterday but clearly not" ... still not working.
Sky could really do with having a "Bulletin Board" where current issues are listed and updates provided. Live chat could offer no idea when it would be fixed and refused me a refund. Shame, as I'm a fan of Sky normally
