Cant view my sky store purchases

I have purchased a movie on sky store but cant watch it because it says my TV has to be UHD

I have tried to watch it on my tablet but I cant see sky store purchases on my tablet.

Hi @Tentoes 

All depends on if it's a rental that you bought on your sky box or not 

if it's a rental you bought on your Sky box  - as you haven't watched it - just delete it - delete it again from your deleted folder and rent it again in HD. 

You won't be charged for the UHD rental. 

If it's a buy and keep - you need to try a livechat with the Skystore team who are open for chat from 11am tomorrow.

It does appear (and this does happen) that in error you have rented the UHD version so as @mike+simmonds has said as long as you delete it then delete it again from the deleted folder you can then rent the HD version.

I have tried to do this. But can't see the HD version of it. I tried deleting it, but it still is there as a purchase. But thanks so much for your response.

Was the purchase a Buy and Keep film or a rented one ?

Did you also delete it out of your "DELETED" folder - within "Manage" inside recordings
