Can't rent any movies
I try to rent a movie and it keeps saying I have reached my credit limit don't understand what that means

It might mean that your account hasn't been set up for you to rent films. As the is quite a common error you will need to get in touch with Sky Store support about this as they will be able to fix this for you.
They have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:
