I had an email saying we had a complimentary film and then got charged? How do I get it refunded?

You may not be able to.

 

With these offers you have to ensure you select the correct film(s) and ensure the checkout price is £0.00.  (If you selected something else and checked out with a price on it then you purchased it)

 

You'll have to contact Sky to 'challenge' it.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

What did the email say to do to get the film so did you follow the instructions to get it ?

 

If you did and you have been charged then you might want to get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:
