Can’t play rented No Time to Die

I ended the new James Bond film from Sky Store. It shows it's downloaded but it does not play. My Q box doesn't seem to support this film. We have paid for it.

I can't see why a Q box wouldn't support it @Out+of+my+depth   sounds an odd one, unless you rented it in UHD and you don't have a UHD TV

Last time I looked it was only available to rent in HD which should play on any Sky Q box even without an HD subscription.

My guess is that it hasn't downloaded properly. My suggestion would be delete it then delete it again from recordings / manage / deleted

Then download it again fully. Don't press play until it's fully downloaded - then in the event it never plays at all - you won't be charged

Re: Can’t play rented No Time to Die

I have made a mistake on my previous post. The film I rented from Sky Store was was No Time to Die. It downloaded but have not been able to play it. Maybe my Q box doesn't support this film? Sorry for any confusion.

Hi @Out+of+my+depth

Try my earlier suggestion. Your Q box should support it. Is it your main Q box by the way ?
