Accessing Sky store

I am trying to rent a movie on Sky store and when I enter my id it keeps buffering and saying please wait

It seems a lot of people on here are noting problems all week trying to get onto Sky Store and it's proving very difficult to get through to anyone to sort it. Once you type in log in details it just gets stuck buffering and doesn't progress.

I've tried logging in on the app, on two seperate mobile phones and on the laptop and none of them work and it's been like this for a week now so it's not a software issue as it's happening on every platform and on both android and apple.

Tried chatbot which was useless as didn't understand what I meant by 'Sky Store not working' and kept trying to show me how to log in. Wouldn't connect me to an advisor so then spent ages clicking on every option to find a phone number.

Finally got the technical support number, they put me through to Sky Store which then cut me off after a brief announcement about some DVD issues with no option to speak to anyone. Getting very frustrated at the lack of available options to contact Sky to get this sorted. Does anyone have any information about this or been able to speak to someone to get it fixed?

Did anyone find a solution to this? Been having the same issue for two days, tried all the things folk have mentioned.

I had to call in eventually. There were details missing on my account (supposedly this is common). They fixed this then the account linked properly and then worked fine after. Just a glitch I think.Hope this helps

Just been back over some of the previous posts and also saw that my last name was missing from my details in the Sky app.  Once this was updated I have been able to log into Sky Store.  Thanks everyone.
