does not appear in the app for me tho so I guess I may not be eligible but am just getting spammed daily by a sky robot😁

not sure what does make you eligible though. The email suggests that as a new VIP I am eligible.

If you are a Sky TV customer then you do qualify for this so have you used the live chat to Sky Store support yet ?

Store chat is closed but got a guy on Sky support chat who told me to order the film and he credited my a/c
