Can’t find any film for free on Sky VIP rewards

I have just joined Sky Mobile & joined the VIP group, and I have received the email to select a film for free. I have scrolled through every film and clicking on random films to check which ones are free & none are appearing with a price of 0.00 as stated on the email. Can anyone help on any guidance on which films these may be so I can take a look? TIA!

If you are eligible for a free movie then these should appear (when you are signed in) as £0

the only thing is - I thought you had to be a Sky TV customer to qualify for a free movie. 

if it shows as £0 then great, if not and you want to query it, there is a Skystore support team (open next at 11am Wednesday)

Hello 

Unfortunately it's not very clear but it can be added to sky store which I have been able to sign in and download on my phone, I just can't retrieve sky go with just the mobile package.

The link you've provided brings up the full list of films available on Sky - not just the free ones. I'm having to click on every single one to check and not found any yet at all. I'm really baffled how I've received this reward & received an email for this reward, if I wasn't eligible I shouldn't have been given that option to retrieve it in VIP?

I've just checked the link I sent and for me (when I am signed in ) it shows up as "Sky VIP gift"

if you are eligible they should all be free (for one movie)

I'm not 100% about the whole "who qualifies for a free movie" and it does sound really odd that they emailed you - so I would certainly try the Sky store support team on the other link

Yes I agree, the link does have the Sky VIP gift section, however it's all films. I can't understand why they don't have them labelled 'free VIP offer' where they can put 'On Offer' on some. 

I'll have to go on Sky Store and have a chat with them.

There are many movies on the list, but for me, not all of the movies that Sky offer. (I mean - there are other movies Sky sell which are not on that link ) 

For qualifying customers the free list is very long 

hope you can get some clarity on this when you chat to them. (If you are free at 10.59am that should be a good time to log on and get through to a person. There is an annoying chatbot which you need to get past by asking for an agent )

If you don't mind, could you post back here tomorrow to say how you got on. It will be useful for others in the same situation.

If Sky can get it working for you then the link posted by @mike+simmonds is the list you get to choose from as it isn't a lit of all titles that Sky stock but rather a long list you get to select from.

Yes I understand this, however when I am currently clicking on the link there is literally a large list of films but none are saying they are free or cost of '0.00'. It may say this for others, however not for me.

I appreciate and understand what you are saying 

I think all I can add is to say that for qualifying customers those movies would be showing as £0 until you had selected one of them. 

So your chat later with the support team might be along the lines of 

"You've sent me the email so you owe me a free movie"

Hope you can persuade them to either fix the glitch or to offer you a movie for goodwill (depending on what they say you are entitled to)

That is why we suggested yesterday that you use the live chat to contact Sky Store support about this as you will not be the first person they have to help with this.

UPDATE FOR YOU ALL: 

I have rang them and spoke to a lovely lady however a bit of a language barrier. She has resent the email with a link on to try, not received it as of yet, so I'll update when I get it & if the link works. Hopefully something, if not then I'll ring back this evening and look for a resolution.

I checked internally and had confirmation unfortunately standalone Sky Mobile customers don't qualify for this incentive, so sorry for any time wasted on this however you can see all your available rewards in the My Sky App - it's worth giving this a download if you haven't already:

1. Download the My Sky app from either the App Store or Google Play.
2. Sign in.
3. Select Sky VIP on the home screen to get started.

Well all I can say is I've been on the phone for an hour and they've said I should be if I've received the email. It's a bit silly (if I say) to let a new customer receive this in their VIP Rewards section as a reward and then it can't be used.

I have the same problem.

I have BB, sky stream and ultimate TV.

I get an email every day offering me a free movie as my first gift.

When I click the link and sign in there is an enormous list of films non of which appear to be free.
