The following may or may not help depending on if my guesswork is correct.
I'm guessing that you have rented the UHD version of The Holdovers (I can't see the UHD version on buy and keep)
If it's the case - and - you don't have UHD equipment then you won't be able to play it. If this is what's happening- and you can't play UHD - and it's a rental - you should just be able to delete the download - delete it again out of your deleted folder - then you should be able to re rent it in a different format.
as you haven't started to view it - you shouldn't be charged for the UHD rental (but keep an eye on your account just in case )

Hi thanks for this I've deleted and deleted the deleted but now there's no option to rent it, it just says sorry there are currently no programmes of this type available when I click on the holdovers
