I'm trying to sign in sky store on my tv but it's telling me to add debit or credit card to account for payment but there is already a card on the account & doesn't let me get past this when trying to sign in

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIs the card up to date so has it expired, you could try removing it then entering it again if it is still a valid card.
