Buy and keep

I signed in on sky store with my id but when i choose the sonic the hedgehog 2020, i am being charged by £4.00 on the buy and keep. Shouldn't it be free?

As long as you are signed in it should still be free. The original offer said until June 14th

 

You could clarify with the Skystore on livechat- but should certainly still be £0

Do you have a Sky box, if so have you checked via there to see if it shows up as being £0.00 for you ?
