Discussion topic: Bullet Train Sky Store Download Fail

I tried to download Bullet Train 3 times on my Sky Q and each time has failed. I have tried a soft reset, software update, UHD configuration (yes, I have a UHD TV), deleted the item in deleted items, checked harddisk capacity, etc but nothing works.

Any ideas?

Afternoon @Blah123xyz

On another thread this morning - with the same movie - the solution from @caesarome which worked for the other customer - was just to delete the part download you have

go to deleted items and delete again

then re-download

If you have tried that but without success - you could livechat directly with the Skystore team (open till 7.30 today)
