I brought the polar express on Monday and rented it for a week. It is no longer available to view on any of my boxes and we paid and rented it for a week so I'm not very happy.

Find out moreWith rented films you have 7 days to start watch the film but when you do start to view it this changes to 48 hours which will be what has happened here so if you want to watch it again you would need to rent (and pay) it again. You can only watch this on the box it is rented on.
