I have just received my latest bill and noticed there is a charge for a movie on the sky store which I did not purchase. I asked my partner if she had purchased this movie and she also said no. The movie also does not show in our purchases section on the sky q box and nobody else other than us two knows the PIN number to make any purchases. Is there any way of this being removed and refunded?
