Emailed sky about the Twisters movie which we preordered. Automatic response that they would respond within 48 hours. Not happened.
Sky have taken our money and the movie is stuck in preorder state. This is technically theft now!
Attempted to use the live chat which appears to logoff early, funnily working people sometimes need to try and fix these issues after working hours.
Why should we give Sky our hard earned money when they will not deliver the promised goods and then refuse to comment. Refund needed so I can actually watch the movie with Amazon Prime.

You've unfortunately just missed the Skystore livechat (closed at 7.30pm)
but they open at 11am Friday and from my experience this is the easiest way to resolve issues with Skystore.

Have you had this resolved at all? as I'm in the same situation. Extremely frustrated that people I know have got it before me, and I pre-ordered.

Had to use the live chat and request the preorder be cancelled. No charge was actually made but also was blocking us from purchasing on sky. Quick to do via the live chat. Off to purchase through Amazon prime 😂
