Blue beetle not working when purchased

Purchased this Friday won't let us watch it says because of technical issue ur download couldn't be completed 

any advice guys Ty

Try rebooting the device you are trying to watch it on and if this doesn't work I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:
