Blu Ray pre order

How do I get hold of somebody when nobody replies to emails and the live chat doesn't work?

I have a blu ray on order and its shown as pending despite being on general release. I need to know when I'll get it or if not can I get a refund so I can go and buy it

Hi @richwoods68 

 

When I've needed the livechat- I found a good way to get through (if you are free at the time)

is to log on at 10.55 am and stay in the queue till after 11am when it opens 

 

that usually works for me 

 

They are open now and until 7.30pm

Live Chat is just not connecting for me.

I guess I have to keep trying but not really sure why when I have emailed twice.

It closed at 7.30pm so might be why you can't get through now so perhaps try again from just before 11am in the morning if you can.

Whatever time of day I try Live Chat and whatever device I try it always times out.

Bit of a joke to be honest. No answer to 2 e-mails and can't get a connection on Live Chat.

Not sure what to say other than I've just tried livechat and it was immediately available 

 

maybe worth clearing cookies / cache on your device or trying a different browser

 

I got on using Safari on an iPhone 11
